TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) SERIOUS BUYER ONLY
# Order Form: only VALID for placing your ORDER.
# Quotation/Enquiry Form: Recommended to use this form for easy consultation.
2) Ready-made / FREE design will reusable by other customer unless you paid for the ownership.
3) We have the right to use your design for marketing purpose unless you pay for the extra charges.
4) All promotions and discounts of TAC should be followed.
5) The order must follow the queues order. [According consultation]
# Estimation: 2 - 4 week before event (for printing product).
# Estimation: 1 - 3 week (for graphics service).
6) Urgent order is not recommended. Otherwise extra charge will be imposed.
7) Payment:
# Custom design:
- 60% deposit required once the price agreed.
- The balance of 40% of payment should be made after the design confirmed
(graphics services) or before delivery (printing services).
# Ready-made design (will printed with our contact):
- 60% of payment before design process started
- balance 40% after the designed confirmed (graphics services) or before delivery
(printing services).
# MAYBANK (Cash deposit/ATM/Online transfer)
# Deposit will not refundable for any cancellations order and unclaimed artwork.

Please consult with us and confirm your order before placing your order.
8) Artwork can be amended up to 3 times only otherwise extra charges will imposed.
9) Printing product may be slightly different with your computer computer screen.
10) Handling & Shipping:
# All printed product will be courier via Pos Malaysia.
- According to weight of product - confirmation upon consultation.
- Min. charge: RM10 all around malaysia [flat rate].
* Subject to change if stated for certain product.
# We are not responsible for any damage and delay during delivery process.
# Delivery day: FRIDAY & SATURDAY only
# COD - by appointment (confirmation during consultation)
11) Others term applies during consultation.
12) All subject above might be change according to consultation with client.
